2. Copyright

All artworks and site content are the exclusive property and copyright of Christine Horyslawsky. Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only; no reproduction or licensing rights are transferred. No copying or reproduction without prior written permission.

3. Orders & Payment

• Prices are in euros (€), VAT-inclusive where applicable.
• Secure payments via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce).
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide Shipping

Each artwork is carefully packed and shipped with full insurance. Shipped from Belgium via reputable couriers; tracked and carefully packaged.

• Europe: Complimentary delivery included in the purchase price.
• Belgium: Personal delivery whenever possible.
• Outside Europe (U.S., Middle East, Far East): Flat-rate shipping of €200 per artwork — I personally cover the remaining cost to ensure safe, reliable international delivery.

• Please allow up to five (5) weeks for delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
• We assist with courier issues but are not liable for delays once dispatched.

5. Returns

All artworks are non-refundable, except for transit damage. Submit claims immediatey within 2 days of receipt with 3 clear photos of damage.

6. Liability & Law

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. These Terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes are subject to Belgian courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.
